M.A.T. 85 is a modular end-of-arm tooling platform for press brake, pick-and-place, and material handling applications. Reconfigurable components and built-in wire and pneumatic routing allow the system to adapt across multiple automation tasks without needing to redesign.
M.A.T. 85, or Modular Adaptive Tooling, is a reconfigurable end-of-arm tooling platform developed for press brake, pick-and-place, and material handling applications. Its modular design allows components to be repositioned, expanded, or used separately as production requirements change.
Built-in channels organize pneumatic tubing and wiring, reducing exposed routing and keeping the tool easier to configure and service. Carbon-fiber structural components provide rigidity while limiting the amount of payload consumed by the tooling.
