CSD Ultra Flat Component Set

Harmonic Drive® CSD zero-backlash gears offer ultra-high precision motion control in a super-flat structure. New ratios now available, 80:1 & 120:1. Our hollow shaft design enables lasers, shafts, wires, tubing, or other components to pass directly through the center of the gear for ultimate compactness.   The ultra-flat, zero backlash CSD precision component sets are available with standard hollow bore or an oversized (BB) hollow shaft. CSD precision gears are available in 7 frame sizes with reduction ratios 50:1 – 100:1 and peak torques 12~820 Nm. Consisting of three basic components: flexspline, circular spline and wave generator; Harmonic Drive® gears can be tightly integrated into equipment sub-structures.
