Güdel 2-Axis ZP Gantry modules are configurable for many applications
- Linear Gantry module with aluminum vertical Z-axis mounted to a steel carriage which is rach and pinion driven along a Y-beam
- Seven module sizes, each right-sized to support various payload ranges
- ZP modules can be configured with multiple independently driven carriages and/or linked carriages (ie; using a pair of Z-axis arms in a linked configuration to quickly load and unload a machine and having multiple linked arms on a single Y-beam)
- Configurable Y and Z lengths and strokes based on application requirements
- Payload capabilities from 10kk up to 3000kg
- Built with Güdel components which include; Guideways, Gear Racks, Gearboxes and Rollers: Prismatic (sizes 1-5) and Flat Bar Roller Blocks (sizes 6 and 7)
- Automatic Programmable Lubrication System is a standard feature
- Energy Chain is a standard feature, supporting customer supplied high flex cables
- ZP Y-beam can be configured to protect for ease of future extension
- Optional rotating axes at the end of the Z-beam
