FlexLink Conveyors

Since the early 80's we have been a FlexLink System Builder / Strategic Partner. FlexLink is a popular type of tabletop conveyor. They are designed to transport small to medium-sized items along a flat surface, or tabletop. Usually the products carried by FlexLink conveyors are less than 50lbs per individual product, but we have had some outliers to that rule of thumb. We also carry other types of solutions for those products.

Tabletop, or plastic chain conveyors, are typically used in manufacturing and packaging operations to move products through various stages of the production process and even through some end of line applications. FlexLink conveyors are a very flexible, modular solution that can be designed to handle a wide range of materials, including small parts, boxes, and bags. They are very compact compared to belt or roller conveyors, and have a wide variety of modular components designed for durability and ease of maintenance. These components include specialty chains, robust drives, and enhanced wear components. Anecdotally, I have seen conveyors that we installed in the 90's that were operating 20 years later with little to no maintenance. They are a VERY good product, and that is why we have been working with them for over 30 years.
