Same Sky's AMT12 series is a rugged, high accuracy incremental encoder offering 16 programmable resolutions from 96 to 4096 PPR. Thanks to its innovative capacitive platform, the series is not susceptible to contaminants such as dirt, dust, and oil that typically plague encoders in industrial environments. The AMT12's design also simplifies the assembly process, reducing the time-consuming tasks of mounting and alignment to mere seconds. Combined with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, high accuracy, a compact 22 mm package, and low current draw, the AMT12 provides a compelling solution for a range of industrial, automation, robotics, and renewable energy applications.
AMT12-V Kit
The AMT12 series is also available as a kit that includes simple mounting tools and supports 8 sleeve bore diameters ranging from 1 mm to 6 mm, which gives the encoder added flexibility for mating with a broad range of motors.
