[CIS Pixel-shift Technology]
This is a technology which increase the resolution of image sensor by shifting X and Y axes between the sensor’s pixel pitch 4 times in each direction, capturing images at each position, and synthesizing them to create a single image.
With VCC-25CXP1MPS, equivalent to 100M pixels resolution can be acquired by 4 times shifting, and equivalent to 400M pixels resolution can be acquired by 16 times shifting.
The camera is suitable for the applications which requires super-high resolution such as inspection, research/analysis, medical, archive, etc.
