This new flexible lamination stacker system transfers adhesive, stacks and bonds lamination stacks very precisely.
The IAR Group North America developed a process to reliably transfer glue from a cliché to rotor and stator laminations and to stack the laminations with high accuracy.
The Lamination Stacking System was developed to process rotor and stator parts of the following parameters:
- 002”-.014” thick laminations
- Ø2” to Ø13”
- Stack heights from 1/8” to 15”
- Full 360° profiles or segments of a minimum size of 1.0” on each axis
We offer modifications of this machine for custom specific laminations.
