The Advantech Quartz industrial camera, QCAM-GM3800-010CE, is a monochrome camera with a 3,856 x 2,764 pixel CMOS sensor, and a maximum image circle of 1/2.3”, with 12 bit pixel depth, capable of 10 fps frame rate . It has a very small footprint of only 29 mm x 29 mm x 42 mm and consumes only 3.5 watts using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), or 3.3 watts using a 12 VDC supply. The Quartz series utilizes popular high speed Gigabit Ethernet connectivity allowing distribution distances of up to 100 meters. They support many of the most popular data interfaces in the machine vision market. The Quartz series also supports the Trigger-over-Ethernet (ToE) capability of the Advantech PCIE-1172/74 PoE Gigabit network cards, and has hard wired input and output ports for triggering and flash control.
