The Model 100A Furnace Loader provides automated parts loading onto a sinter furnace belt. The Furnace Loader mounts directly onto the sinter furnace framework providing a lean space-efficient design. Three sided access is provided for manual loading of product if the need arises. Available options include: weighing, stacking, deflashing/deburring, sinter plate handling, additional infeed conveyors and 120 volt single phase operation. Parts are molded and conveyed onto the furnace loader infeed conveyor (selected to match part geometry and cell layout). A FANUC LRMate 200iC robot picks parts with a magnetic gripper (or other appropriate end of arm tooling) and places the parts onto the furnace belt. The cell will automatically divert product to a customer-supplied accumulator table in case the robot or furnace is not in use.
