The camera is based on the Tamron MP3010M-EV, which is the successor to the very popular MP1010M/MP1110M cameras and features a new 5M pixel image sensor and an enhanced electronic image stabilizer. This camera also supports HD-VLC™ output mode for long cable length applications.
