Visual Components to Deliver an Immersive Simulation Experience at Automate 2025

POSTED 03/19/2025

Attendees will use VR to interact with a simulated robotic layout

CARMEL, Ind., March 19, 2025 – Visual Components, leading developer of 3D manufacturing process simulation and offline robotic programming software, will awe attendees at Automate 2025 with an immersive virtual reality (VR) experience using a VR headset and the company’s 3D manufacturing simulation software. Visitors will experience the efficiency and flexibility of Visual Components simulation software at booth #2650 at Huntington Place May 12-15, 2025, in Detroit, Michigan.

Visual Components simulation software includes an extensive library of 3D models with more than 1,600 robots, over 70 brands along with a wide range of conveyors, machines, resources, robot tools, factory facilities and more. The ready-made components eliminate guesswork and allow manufacturers to design, build and simulate re-imagined, more efficient production lines. A feasibility analysis feature identifies and resolves production issues in the virtual environment and provides vital data for all members of a production team.

Using a head-mounted display (HMD), visitors to the Visual Components booth will have the opportunity to select from more than a dozen robot vendors and experience how simulating robotic integration in a virtual environment before installation provides a quicker return on robotic investments and higher production efficiency.
