How the Sensor Works

The WWS detects incoming and outgoing industrial trucks in rack aisles while also determining their direction of travel. This capability ensures that only vehicles entering from the correct direction proceed without alerts, while those entering incorrectly receive immediate warnings.

Detecting Direction and Entry

In high-bay warehouses where a one-way street rule is implemented, factory trucks traveling in the correct direction are allowed to pass without disturbance. However, if a truck enters in the wrong direction, the sensor triggers both visual and acoustic warnings using an integrated flashing light and horn. This system effectively prevents incorrect entries and reduces the risk of collisions with oncoming vehicles.
