Neousys Technology Showcases Rugged and IP-Rated Edge AI Platforms for Off-Highway Vehicles at iVT Expo 2025

Neousys Technology will exhibit at iVT Expo 2025, held August 20–21 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois. At booth #1327, Neousys will showcase its latest edge AI computing platforms purpose-built for off-highway vehicles. These rugged and IP-rated solutions are designed specifically for harsh off-highway environments and enable sensing, perception, planning, and data logging for ADAS and autonomous driving applications in mining, construction, agricultural machinery, and more.

Neousys platforms leverage Intel® and AMD x86 architectures with support for NVIDIA RTX and professional GPUs for high-performance edge AI inference, as well as NVIDIA® Jetson™ modules for efficient, low-power AI at the edge. To meet the demands of extreme environments and mission-critical applications, these platforms are designed with up to IP69K-rated waterproof/dustproof enclosures, MIL-STD-810G shock/vibration compliance, rugged M12 connectors, and fanless wide-temperature operation from -40°C to 70°C, to thrive in extreme conditions while delivering stable and powerful computational performance. With native support for CAN bus, PoE, isolated DIO, and ignition control, Neousys platforms ensure seamless in-vehicle integration.

At the iVT Expo, Neousys will showcase two live demos:

• NRU-171V-PPC, IP66 waterproof 10.1" AI panel PC powered by NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX with 6x GMSL2 or 4x PoE+ GbE ports for enhanced spatial awareness, obstacle detection, ADAS, and prediction maintenance for vehicles and equipment.
• Nuvo-9166GC with PCIe-NPL54, showcasing the integration of Intel 14th-Gen Core™ CPU, NVIDIA® L4 GPU, and GMSL2 frame grabber card, for real-time vision in autonomous applications, high-precision object detection and segmentation in off-highway vehicles.
