Bosch Rexroth Corporation | 06/29/2026
As industries around the world search for ways to build more sustainable supply chains, Curt JOA saw an opportunity to rethink single-use plastic items. Partnering with Bosch Rexroth, JOA leveraged the ctrlX AUTOMATION portfolio, bringing an innovative, energy-efficient machine to market in less than 6 months.
Utilizing 28 axes of ctrlX DRIVE, synchronizing every component over EtherCAT, and a simplified app-based automation structure with ctrlX CORE, the design resulted in a machine platform that’s faster to build, easier to scale, and engineered to draw power only when it’s working.
Read on to discover how the ctrlX CORE can transform ambitious goals for sustainability into real-world impacts.
