XY Voice Coil Stage - Compact, Fast, Precise Motion Control - V-528
Voice Coil linear motors provide friction-less, maintenance-free motion in a compact package. The V-528 linear stage shown in the video can be arranged in an XY configuration. It provides 20mm travel range (5mm and 10mm versions are also available). An integrated optical linear encoder (10nm resolution) is used for position feedback to a compact 2 channel controller.
