UniDrive® Introduces New BTR™ Conveyor Sensor at AUTOMATE 2026

Milwaukee, Wisconsin — June 1, 2026 — UniDrive® Conveyor Technologies (Automation Controls Group), a Milwaukee Electronics brand, will debut its new BTR™ multi-sensor package detection technology at AUTOMATE 2026 in Chicago.

Visitors to Booth 34002  will see public demonstration of the BTR™ Sensor, designed to detect packages as small as 4 inches while helping conveyor systems run longer, smoother and more efficiently.

Engineered for high-throughput distribution environments, the BTR™ sensor combines ultra-reliable multi-sensor technology with plug-and-play installation for nearly any roller conveyor. The compact design allows mounting between or below rollers, making it ideal for new conveyor systems, tight layouts and retrofit applications.

The rugged, low-profile design minimizes dust buildup and simplifies cleaning, helping increase uptime in demanding material handling environments.
