MOONS' Acquires Technosoft
MOONS' Electric (hereafter referred to as MOONS'), parent company of Applied Motion Products, acquired 100% of the share capital of Technosoft Motion, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of MOONS'.
The acquisition of Technosoft Motion (Switzerland) along with MOONS' Europe (Italy) and AMP & MOONS' (Germany), means that MOONS' has completed its goal of integrated research and development, manufacturing, sales, marketing and customer service functions in Europe. The regional operation center is a key part of MOONS' global growth strategy. The acquisition signifies that MOONS' has completed the construction of operation networks in the main industrial areas around the world, including China, Northeast Asia, North America and Europe, laying a solid foundation for a healthy, balanced development of its business in the global market.
