INTAX® - Linear Motor Stage with integrated Servo Controller

The groundbreaking performance of this newly developed linear motor stage is characterized by its integrated compactness, achieved through the seamless incorporation of the servo controller, wiring, and cable management. This leap in design efficiency sets a new standard for miniaturization, enabling designers to construct machines and automated systems that are more compact and space-efficient. In contrast to traditional timing belts and spindle drives, this directly driven linear motor stage offers greater precision, speed, and quiet operation
The axis includes Ethernet bus coupling with various protocols and connects directly to the PLC. Together with the PLCopen libraries, the axis can now be easily moved in Cyclic synchronised mode or Profile position mode.
