Dr. Christian Hainzlmaier Joins Management Team at Nanotec

As of January 1, 2021, Dr. Christian Hainzlmaier is part of the company management at Nanotec Electronic GmbH and Co. KG. He joined the Feldkirchen-based manufacturer of drive solutions in 2019, where he heads R&D, production and quality. 

The Munich native studied mechanical engineering in Munich and Toulouse and earned his PhD in materials science. After completing his doctorate, Hainzlmaier, who is 42, spent several years with McKinsey before he worked for Webasto, where he most recently served as Vice President Electric Heating.

In December Elke Zec (41) was appointed to Commercial Manager of Nanotec. Zec has served as Business Controller since 2015 and now also directs the areas of purchasing & logistics as well as accounting.

With the new management structure, Nanotec lays the groundwork for further growth and the transformation from a mid-size company to a global player in motion control.
