Allied Motion Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
AMHERST, NEW YORK -- Allied Motion Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: AMOT), a global designer and manufacturer of motion control products, announced that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on March 2, 2016, approved a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.025 per share.
The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 16, 2016. Allied Motion has approximately 9.3 million shares of its common stock outstanding.
