Automation & Control Services is a factory authorized robotic system integrator representing and supporting most all of the major robot brands such as FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, Codian, and others. We provide turn-key robotic cells for palletizing, packing, material handling, specialty product manufacturing, and finishing applications. To ensure accurate product handling we design and build our own end-of-arm-tooling in-house and our installations are managed by our own Engineers and Field Service Technicians.
Automation & Control Services, Inc. specializes in the development, programming, and installation of equipment and integrated control systems based on Allen-Bradley's line of PLC's and Yaskawa Motoman robotics. We have extensive experience in a variety of industries and have an on-site CNC machining and Fabrication shop. We are a Rockwell Automation Recognized System Integrator and also maintain an onsite UL Panel shop providing panel construction for standard 508A control panels as well as explosion proof panels. We work with all major robotic manipulator manufacturers and have experience in many material handling, packaging, palletizing, welding, and assembly applications.
