The key challenge was implementing a system that could ensure accurate differentiation between similar-looking pasta products without slowing down production.

senswork implemented an AI-powered machine vision system with its Neuralyze® software. Multiple camera systems were installed along the conveyor belt to capture images of the pasta products in real time. The captured image data is continuously analyzed by Deep Learning algorithms within the Neuralyze® software, enabling precise recognition and classification of each piece. By integrating into the production workflow, the system automatically sorts the pasta by type and directs it into the correct packaging line. This ensures reliable process control and consistent product quality without disrupting production speed.
