Description

Rainbow Robotics USA is seeking a Robot Engineer (Junior/Experienced) to provide on-site support for robotic systems, including programming, repairs, and after-sales service. The role involves troubleshooting, system integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for robotic systems, including programming and technical assistance.
  • Perform after-sales service and repairs for collaborative robots.
  • Support product handling and related tasks.
  • Participate in training sessions, including up to 3-month assignments in Korea, to gain necessary technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address service needs.
  • Meet customer needs on-site, including troubleshooting and system integration.

Minimum Skills & Abilities

  • Language: Fluent in American English; proficiency in Korean is preferred.
  • Other Requirements:

- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Ability to travel internationally, with no restrictions for training and support assignments in Korea.

- Capability to develop integrated systems with collaborative robots and other devices.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in System Integration (SI).

- Previous experience developing systems that integrate collaborative robots with other machinery.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–5 years in customer service, engineering support, or similar roles.
