We’re currently working across manufacturing and intralogistics environments where multiple automation systems — robots, conveyors, machines, and enterprise software, need to operate in a coordinated way. A common challenge we see is that while automation exists, systems often operate in silos, leading to duplicated integration effort, complex PLC logic, and limited scalability across facilities. We’re looking to connect with system integrators, OEMs, and technology providers who are working on similar challenges especially where there is a need to standardize workflows, enable interoperability across vendors, and simplify execution across different automation layers. At Botsync, we’ve been developing SyncOS as an orchestration layer that sits between enterprise systems and shopfloor execution. Rather than replacing existing systems, the idea is to complement them by enabling coordination across mixed environments. We’d be interested to hear: How are others approaching multi-system orchestration today? Are there standardization efforts or integration frameworks you’ve found effective? Where do you see the biggest gaps when scaling automation across facilities? Also open to connecting offline if there’s alignment to explore potential collaboration or integration opportunities.
