lr mate 200 ic. I'm trying to load a slug into a vise and push it up to a vise stop. How do I make it so that it doesn't overload?

Hello Steve: I typically use a spring loaded pusher (Alternate wrist position) that provides pressure with putting the robot against a hard stop. Feel free to contact me we can discuss configurations and options. I'm also in your area frequently and could stop in Al Keefer 847 954 9365

HI steve, There is a system variable in FANUC robots that you can use a skip function to stop moving to a certain position when it senses a torque value. (when it touches the vice) Its quite simple. Feel free to call me at 208-589-4615 or email
