lr mate 200 ic. I'm trying to load a slug into a vise and push it up to a vise stop. How do I make it so that it doesn't overload?

Hello Steve: I typically use a spring loaded pusher (Alternate wrist position) that provides pressure with putting the robot against a hard stop. Feel free to contact me we can discuss configurations and options. I'm also in your area frequently and could stop in Al Keefer 847 954 9365 Akeefer@chicagoelectric.com

HI steve, There is a system variable in FANUC robots that you can use a skip function to stop moving to a certain position when it senses a torque value. (when it touches the vice) Its quite simple. Feel free to call me at 208-589-4615 or email td@designformaking.com
