Starting out in Field Service, Jim learned the urgency and of downtime and the problems associated with technology that isn’t working properly. As a product manager he worked with engineering to develop new technology for entry into new markets. Jim found his true passion was working with customers. During his career Jim developed automation business in over 25 countries. Jim currently serves on A3's Motion Control & Motors Technology Strategy Board.

Andy Sklierenko is Vice President of Moons' Industries (America), Inc. where he is responsible for Motion Control Products and Intelligent LED Drives. Sklierenko has a strong passion for Motion Control and Automation which he has been developing throughout his entire career.

With a foundation of Mechanical Engineering BASc from the University of Toronto (0T3), Sklierenko has continued to grow and support Moons' customer base and has been successful in applying Moons' growing design capabilities and production capacity to OEM designs.

Sklierenko is a customer-centric leader in the motion control industry that is always looking to provide optimized solutions to customer requirements.

Adam Tomas is the Product Manager for Parker’s Electromechanical Actuator product lines. He received his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University. He began his career with Parker in Application Engineering, moving to key account management, and finally product manager for both precision and industrial linear positioning systems.

Adam is passionate about customer experience, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with mechanical actuation systems to help customers achieve next level product capabilities.
