EINDHOVEN, The Netherlands -- Adimec, a world leader in application-specific, leading-edge industrial camera solutions, will showcase its portfolio of machine vision products and technology at the OASIS event in TEL AVIV, Israel 19-20 February. The company will introduce and demonstrate additions to its latest camera technologies including:

  • The TMX6-DHD a rugged full HD camera with True Color processing for harsh outdoor applications.
  • The SAPPHIRE S-25A30, 25 Megapixel camera running up to 32 fps
  • The QUARTZ Q-12A65, 12 Megapixel camera acquiring images up to 66 fps
TMX6-DHD: Rugged full HD daylight cameras with color processing and HD-SDI
The TMX6-DHD is a new versatile line of visible HD resolution cameras, available in 30 fps (frames per second) and 60 fps versions, featuring optimized functions for outdoor applications including color processing and contrast enhancement to see through fog and low light areas.  They are industrial Commercial-of-the-Shelf (COTS) products ideal for the military and aerospace industry as they meet all of the rugged testing and qualification requirements such as operation in a wide temperature (-40C to +71C) and extensive shock and vibration according to MIL-STD-810.

The compact remote head design makes for an easier fit in existing system architectures as when upgrading from analog to digital.

S-25A3025: Megapixel camera running up to 32 fps
The SAPPHIRE S-25A30, first member of the new CMOS-based SAPPHIRE series, is based on ON Semiconductor’s the VITA 25k image sensor. Adimec developed the new SAPPHIRE series camera platform especially for OEMs of metrology and inspection equipment who require ultra high-resolution images at high speeds. Using a proprietary camera design, the S-25A30 has finally made it possible to effectively use CMOS sensor technology in electronic manufacturing systems, such as Semiconductor Back-End package inspection, PCB inspection and LED inspection, by programming the camera for high-throughput systems.
The S-25A30 is a 25 megapixel CMOS global shutter camera and delivers images of 5120 x 5120 pixels at 32 frames per second (fps). When using the Region Of Interest (ROI) function the frame rate can be increased, for example 100 fps at 8 Megapixels. It is equipped with a Camera Link deca interface but also supports full configurations.

Q-12A65: 12 Megapixel camera acquiring images up to 66 fps
The Q-12A65 is the latest addition to our successful QUARTZ series utilizing CMOSIS image sensors, offering 12 Megapixels images at 66 fps.  Using a proprietary camera design for effective flat field correction and other image enhancements for linear behavior and reliable performance, the Q-12A65 offers CCD-like images. This has finally made it possible to effectively use CMOS sensor technology in electronic manufacturing systems, like semiconductor package inspection, PCB inspection and LED inspection. It is equipped with a Camera Link deca interface but also supports full configurations.

Adimec will be in Booth #37 in the main hall of the David Intercontinental Hotel & Conference Center in Tel Aviv.
