Ultra Precision Rotation Stage with Air Bearing & Torque Direct Motor

Air bearing rotation stages replace mechanical bearings with a frictionless air film for smoother motion and reduced runout and wobble. Air bearings are the preferred choice for critical applications in the semiconductor field or in x-ray crystallography. Frictionless torque motors (basically a circular three phase linear motor) supplement the air bearings with smooth power delivery and high dynamics.
