The Dynamic Automation Robotic Flexible Packaging system uses an overhead beam support structure, two FANUC LR Mate 200iC robotic arms and a dual, flex feeding system comprised of four Flexomation FX-240 flex feeders. The feeding system can run two batches simultaneously and allows for batch staging, virtually eliminating downtime. The two FANUC LR Mate 200iC robotic arms utilize iRVision guidance and conveyor tracking to precisely pick and deliver product to the APS Sprint Bagger system
