Building a belt-driven linear actuator

One feature which makes item belt driven linear actuators UNIQUE is that we are able to integrate linear motion into a significant number of our structural aluminum profiles. Linear motion solutions can be built to lengths over 100 feet and can move loads from a few ounces to 1,000s of pounds! Hardened steel shafts ranging from 6mm to 25mm are snapped into a patented shaft clamp profile which is then pressed fitted into many of the t-slot profiles creating a rigid linear motion solution.
