Automated Robotic Assembly Machine with two FANUC LR Mate 200iD Robots and Vision Inspection developed to assemble, bond, and inspect 25 configurations of fluid delivery valves for the medical industry. FANUC iRVision is used in combination with a flex feeding system to precisely pick valve parts from the feeding platform. After valves and tubing are assembled, the FANUC LR Mate robot presents the completed assembly to a vision inspection station to assure a complete and accurate assembly.
