Automated Metrology with Cobots
The NSR-PG-10-20 precision parallel gripper is the first gripper for automated metrology with cobots. It is the perfect fit for small parts and small cobots such as the UR3 from Universal Robots. The internal position sensor provides absolute position of the fingers with 10 µm resolution. The data is available for decision making in automation scripts, and can be sent to a PC for later analysis using commercial statistical process control packages.
