With over 90% of ‘support’ questions being non-technical issues, most end- customers don’t possess the time or unique mix of technical and processunderstanding to efficiently manage these new employees. This can reduce user adoption and success of the robotic program.
ARO has designed our Robotic Management program with this mindset. Taking over 30 years of People, Process, and Technology management experience, we offer a management program that combines this expertise and applies it to the new robotic workforce.
The cornerstone of this program is proactive on-site visits of all devices. Typically done quarterly, this allows ARO to engage with the end customer, perform preventative maintenance, ensure the device is performing its job optimally, re-train local staff, and help up-sell more devices and services. Devices are still remotely monitored by our team, but there is no substitute for seeing the devices in person.
This strategy is designed to provide an easy and predictable price that you can include in you RaaS pricing everywhere in the contiguous USA, without the need for price quotes per customer or per region. The proactive visit also reduces the need for costly extra support visits by stopping problems before they start with preventative maintenance.
