CMA & KUKA Chair Sanding & Spraying Compilation

This video shows 3 different robot cells The first is a single chair sanding cell The 2nd is a system consisting of two 360 degree rotational fixtures which are servo driven to present the chair frames to the sanding heads. A chair frame is loaded on to one fixture while another is being sanded on the opposite side. the 3rd segment is a chair spraying carousel where a chair is rotated as it is sprayed to spray from all sides and then the carousel rotates the next chair in for spraying.
