The podis® electrical distribution system is easy to install, re-configure, and maintain, saving up to 80% of installation and engineering time. Ideal for powering logistics, parcel & post, baggage handling systems, and automotive production lines.

The electrical distribution system is based on a TC-ER cable that provides up to 60 A of power over long factory distances via modules that can be tapped and moved freely.

Whole system shutdowns are not necessary for expansions, changes, or faultfinding. No need to go back to the drawing board and rework your electrical system. Simply add, move, or remove modules to suit your changing needs.

The patented Insulation Piercing Technology of the modules provides a perfect connection every time. The modules themselves can be reused and moved, adding value to your installation over time.

PODIS® 5G16 – MOST DRIVES PER SEGMENT

For high-current applications, the 5G16 model delivers the highest current at up to 60 A and is certified to 600 V by UL. This allows for longer cable segments and more drives per segment. Supply lines and main distribution cabinets can be avoided or reduced in numbers and decreased in size.

5G6 – HIGH VOLTAGE

The 5G6 model delivers up to 32 A of power and is certified at up to 600 V by UL. The higher current and higher load capacity mean less feed-in connections and fewer feeder cables are necessary.
