The Application Specific Batteries (ASB) from VARTA are designed for the use in small and medium sized vehicles like AGV’s and forklifts. The Lithium-Ion batteries are modular and expandable and therefore can be adjusted for your application in industries like logistics, agriculture and others. Customers are provided with a ready-to-use battery solution, including all necessary accessories and certifications.

EasyBlade 24V & 48V
The Easy Blade is a CAN-Bus enabled modular battery with >1600Wh per battery module, capable of being used alone or combined together in parallel connection for up to 25 modules in total. 

Features:

• Active temperature regulation through an integrated cooling system to avoid hot spots and extend lifetime
• Simple expansion of the capacity by connecting the battery modules in parallel and increasing the charge and discharge rates up to 40kWh
• Thanks to the mechanical design the battery can be locked firmly in the intended application and the modules can be stacked
• Control of the modules including the charger by a dynamic Master-Slave-BMS concept via CAN communication – no external BMS required
