Photoneo developed a fast, one-click solution for any kind of objects that enables to scan a static scene from multiple devices and perspectives. The main benefits of this solution include high scanning speed, superior global scan alignment, robust reflection removal, high-quality scan by PhoXi 3D Scanners, output formats supported by 3D printers and inspection software, the possibility to use it also as a C++ Library for custom integrations and others. These unique features make it a great solution for a wide range of applications - from inspection and metrology through 3D modeling and reconstruction to reverse engineering. It is available as a package, including 2 pieces of PhoXi 3D Scanner S, a construction with the rotary table, PC (optional) and a calibration plate. The solution enables to create models of objects up to 25 x 25 x 15 cm in 1-2 minutes, with the smallest feature detection ~ 0,2 mm and accuracy from 50 um. We are also ready to provide custom solutions with any number of PhoXi 3D Scanners S, M or L, which can be mounted on a robot, a custom size of the rotary table, scanner and software setup to meet specific needs and integration support.
