PL Planetary Gearboxes

Onvio's PL Value Line of planetary gearboxes offers that same carburized and skived straight tooth gearing as in our AL line which results in a high efficiency,  low backlash,  economical design.   The gearbox can be mated with any servo or stepper motor.  Additionally, the PL gearbox is manufactured with a flanged output shaft that allows for direct mounting of a timing belt pulley.  The pulley and gearbox design allows the pitch line of the belt to be centered over the gearbox output bearings, resulting in much higher radial load capacity.  Other features include:

• Rated torque from 20 up to 100 Nm
• Maximum torque from 60 Nm up to 300  Nm
• Ratios from 3:1 up to 10:1
• Speeds up to 6,000 RPM
