The DEPRAG Compact Assembly Module (DCAM) is intended to overcome these challenges by using both a standard platform and footprint as well as a variety of standard design elements. Beyond conventional screwdriving and screw feeding, the DCAM has the option of incorporating other processes such as marking, label applications, part insertion pressing, palletizing, and even assembly functionality checks.
DCAM is a flexible, modular platform with non-restrictive programmable axis making it versatile enough for nearly any assembly task. As production requirements change, retrofitting is easy and combines efficacy with high reliability.
