PalletBot is a robotic automation solution designed to stack cartons into a pallet configuration. The design is based on the new Yaskawa HC20 Collaborative Robot with industry-leading reach and payload specifications.
With a payload of 20 kg (40 lbs.) and a reach of 1700 mm (66 in.); PalletBot is able to load two standard 48”x48” pallets to an 60” height with no special tooling or lifting axis.
PalletBot is also available with 3-D vision technology for depalletization of uniform and mixed cartons.
PalletBot is supplied as standard with a PalletLogix PLC and operator interface HMI for easy configuration of pallet stacking patterns.
