POSTED 05/10/2012

rong>VS Technology Corporation, Japan’s Leading Machine Vision Optics Manufacturer, Opened its US Subsidiary, VST America Inc. to Sell its Robust High Quality Lenses and Lighting in North and Latin America.

Arlington Heights, IL --- As the machine vision market in North America is predicted to show a healthy growth in the next few years, VST America Inc. was opened in early April, 2012, as a part of the global VST Group, to meet the needs of such growing markets in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America.  VST America Inc. now handles sales, distribution, and testing of its standard and custom optics products, and also provides direct support to customers and channel partners in the region.  As VST America Inc. stocks inventory of its standard products at its office location in Arlington Heights, the customers in North and South America will receive these products at a faster turnaround.

VS Technology has achieved a rapid growth worldwide since 2010, and has expanded its network in Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.  As such, the sales in 2011 doubled that of the previous year.
VS Technology offers more than 400 standard stocked MV optics products throughout the world, offering integrated solutions in a wide range of applications.  With its flexible offering based on customer’s true requirements rather than the preset solution ideas, VST is readily available for customization support with our rich design database and expertise gained from the real industry experience.

“We are always customer-centric, and work on every project with their benefit in mind so both our customers and VST end up in the win-win situation,” said Takahiro Adachi, President and CEO of VS Technology Corporation, Tokyo, Japan.

VST America Inc. will exhibit the full line of VST lenses, including CCTV Lenses, Macro lenses, Telecentric lenses, Line sensor lenses, IR Lenses, and Zoom lenses, at its Booth #600 at the Vision Show held at Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA, on May 8 through 10 this year.
