Vision Pioneer Expands Its Development Team and Opens Up New Site in Hamburg
MATRIX VISION GmbH on growth track
With the expansion of the development team, at the same time MATRIX VISION opens up a new site in Hamburg's old town in November 2020. Apart from the head office and a development center in Oppenweiler, Hamburg is now another location within Germany.
Even in times of corona at MATRIX VISION GmbH all signs are clearly pointing towards growth. In order to meet the increasing demand for innovative machine vision solutions, five more developers joined the MATRIX VISION team in November 2020.
The five developers bring many years of industry experience and extensive expertise to the company in the areas image sensors, camera signal processing, host and embedded software. The increased manpower allows MATRIX VISION to press ahead with the development projects in the pipeline and further expand its position on the market.
As the new team colleagues come from the greater Hamburg area, the company quickly decided to open a development site in Hamburg's old town. The new office is in a central location in the historic Chilehaus (10-story office building). The building was completed in 1924 under the leadership of the renowned architect Fritz Höger and has been a UNESCO world heritage site since 2015. With the unique and inspiring architecture, as well as a very good public transport connection, the Chilehaus offers the perfect setting for the five developers from MATRIX VISION.
The provider of components for industrial machine vision was founded in 1986 and is well-known for its wide and varied product range of industrial cameras, intelligent cameras, embedded solutions, and software. The applications of the solutions are diverse.
