VISION 2014: Technology for Applications at the Allied Vision Booth
At VISION 2014, Allied Vision Technologies will show how innovation in camera technology provides high-performance imaging applications – in industry, science and traffic monitoring.
From November 4 to 6, 2014 VISION, the leading trade show in the imaging industry, will take place in Stuttgart. At the Allied Vision Technologies (AVT) booth, visitors can experience imaging technology first hand with the help of actual application examples, and they can discover AVT’s most recent innovations for themselves.
Visionary Technology in the AVT Lab
In the “Allied Vision Lab,” show visitors can look over the shoulders of AVT engineers and gain insight into the manufacturer’s newest developments. Among others, new models in the Goldeye infrared camera series and image capture in the non-visible spectrum will be demonstrated. New image sensors and data interfaces will not be absent from the Allied Vision Lab, either. AVT will also demonstrate its expertise beyond camera hardware: the Vimba intelligent software development kit and certified camera accessories such as lenses and cables will likewise be on prominent display.
Camera solutions for successful applications
As always, the AVT booth will emphasize practical uses. “We don’t just think of ourselves as engineers who deliver great camera technology, but more than that, we help people in an endless variety of applications to see more, making them more successful,” stated Frank Grube, President & CEO, in explaining the company’s philosophy.
For that reason, Allied Vision Technologies has invited customers from different application fields to present their systems, allowing visitors to experience first-hand with concrete examples how AVT’s products and solutions help manufacturers, scientists, and traffic authorities achieve their goals.
Celebrating at the booth: 25 years of Allied Vision!
Moreover, Allied Vision Technologies is celebrating its 25th anniversary at VISION 2014. The company was founded in 1989 and has evolved from a German camera importer into a globally leading camera manufacturer. “We want to celebrate at VISION with our customers, partners, and the entire industry,” Grube said. “And we have a few more surprises in store…”
