VANCOUVER, CANADA - LMI Technologies, a global market leader in 3D laser measurement sensors for the forest products industry, will be exhibiting at this year’s Forest Products Machinery Expo in Atlanta Georgia on August 11th and 12th. Visitors to the Expo are invited to visit booth 721 to learn about chroma+scan and Gocator 3D sensors and to explore how LMI’s sensors can improve sawmill and planer mill optimization.
“LMI has made some powerful improvements to our technology in order to increase recovery and improve bottom line results. Atlanta will be a great event to showcase these new product innovations,” said Kevin Brown, Director of Sales. “Being at the Forest Products Machinery Expo will be an exciting opportunity for us to further strengthen our relationship with the industry.”
At the LMI Technologies booth, participants can take part in interactive demonstrations of the chroma+scan 3350 and the chroma+scan 2440, two industry leading log and board scanning 3D sensors. Visitors can also go hands-on with the all-in-one Gocator 3D smart sensor - which makes its first appearance at a trade show for this industry.
Those interested in arranging a one-to-one meeting while at the Expo in Atlanta are asked to contact LMI Technologies. Information on chroma+scan and Gocator sensors (including downloadable data sheets and brochures) is available on LMI’s website.
