KUKA Robotics Announces Appointment of New Vice President of Sales and Marketing

v style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">KUKA Robotics Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of industrial robots, announced effective February 1, 2009 the appointment of James Cooper to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In his new roll Mr. Cooper will lead the U.S. sales team and direct the company’s strategic marketing initatives in addition to driving the day to day sales and sales administrative activities. Driving Mr. Cooper’s success is the strong relationship with KUKA Robotics‘ extensive group of System Partners.
As the previous Director of Strategic Alliances for KUKA Robotics Corporation and a 29 year veteran of the robotics and automation industries, Mr. Cooper has held a variety of management and technical positions. His experience involves a wide array of applications in robotic technology ranging from automotive, food, medical, aerospace and defense supplying custom innovative robotic automation solutions. Mr. Cooper will report directly to Stuart Shepherd President of KUKA Robotics Corporation U.S.
