The new LCAM 408i industrial IP camera from Leuze electronic is predestined for monitoring the production processes of machine tools.
With the LCAM 408i, Leuze electronic presents a new, robust smart camera. Thanks to the IP65/67 anodized metal housing and easy-to-clean glass pane, it is especially well suited for monitoring the production processes of machine tools. The new design stands out above all in use with cooling lubricant and opens new possibilities in process monitoring. The resolution of the 5-megapixel IP camera and the Gigabit Ethernet interface offer high image quality and provide insight into the processing center even under harsh operating conditions. Via the M12 connections and 24 V voltage supply, the LCAM 408i can easily be integrated in the machine control. Configuration is performed using a standard browser or directly from the control panel. Additional software is not required. Possibility for optics cleaning via compressed air connection is available.
