EyeCheck 6xxx Series - the Compact PC-Cameras

The EyeCheck 6xxx is a ultra-compact PC-based vision system equipped with a standard INTEL CPU of 1.1 GHz Personal Computer (PC). Additionally, the complete EyeVision 2.6 evaluation software is integrated into the IP67 class housing and therefore offers the prefect ready-to-use image processing solution.
As operating system the EyeCheck 6xxx machine vision camera has WES7, WES 2009 and Linux available. It also has a system memory of up to 1 GB and a resolution of up to 2592 x 1944 pixel and a sensor either in grayscale and color.
Despite the rather huge contents of the camera, the EyeCheck 6xxx series is as small as a common smart camera and it is equipped with a complete image processing software, just like the usual camera bundled with separate PC or compact vision system. All PC standard peripheries can be connected to the camera, such as display, keyboard and mouse, external storage, or it can be used in standalone mode, or via remote desktop over the network.
The integrated ready-to-use image processing software EyeVision 2.6 offers the user also the possibility to create inspection programs with only a few mouse clicks, due to the easy-to-handle drag-and-drop programming of the graphical user interface. Therefore even seemingly difficult and complex measurement tasks or other applications can be solved easily.
The numerous functions of the EyeVision software cover not only 2D and 3D measurement technology with a pixel-by-pixel accuracy, but also contour correlation and reading functions for OCR/ OCV, DMC, QR and bar code, filter functions and morphology operations.
The EyeCheck 6xxx PC-camera is suitable for various applications of industries such as electronics, packaging, food, pharmaceutical or printing industry. The EyeVision 2.6 software allows fiducial marks recognition, position and orientation detection, solder paste inspection, bag seal inspection, box folding and content inspection, fluid level and filling level inspection, as well as non contact measurements and alignment in 2D and 3D.
