Allied Vision Technologies Hosts Machine Vision Conference in Ahrensburg, Germany

“Initiative Bildverarbeitung” is an association gathering leading imaging companies such as Allied Vision Technologies, GE Inspection Technologies or YXLON International X-Ray with universities and technical faculties such as the universities of Kiel, Lübeck and Hamburg. The goal is to strengthen the machine vision know-how of the northern Germany region by promoting technology transfers between universities and the industry.
A member of the association, Allied Vision Technologies will host the 33rd conference in its R&D center in Ahrensburg near Hamburg. The agenda includes a visit of the AVT facilities, presentations by AVT staff including demos of infrared cameras as well as interesting presentations about 3D and medical imaging.
