While every business has its own needs, MESH Automation recognizes basic engineering solutions that often work across the board for different industries. For this reason, our highly experienced team of engineers has developed a number of pre-engineered solutions that meet incredibly varied needs, from manual operations to automated robotics. So, instead of starting totally from scratch, many of our customers are able to get going with high-tech equipment that has already been tested and is ready to go.

We recognize the diverse requirements of our clients, from assembly needs, vision inspections, leak checks, as well as welding to cutting, trimming, grinding, and deburring. Our pre-engineered solutions have been developed to meet all of these needs.

Automated Inspection Systems

The MESH Automation team can design, build and program 2D and 3D vision inspection systems, non-contact laser systems, contact measurement and other quality systems such as mass flow or leak detection to solve your most difficult quality challenges. These systems can be designed to be flexible and adjust to different products and ambient conditions automatically.

3D Vision Inspection

When it comes to test and inspection, both 2D and 3D vision systems may be used to help improve processes and productivity in manufacturing facilities. However, while 2D vision cameras are commonly used to identify defects, 3D systems have distinct advantages for complex parts and assemblies, identifying defects or features in areas of a part that are unattainable with 2D systems. 3D vision uses lasers instead of optics which provides for a system that is not dependent on having a precise lighting solution.

2D Vision Inspection

When the increased resolution of a 3D vision is not needed 2D vision offers a better value. 2D vision systems are implemented across all industries today doing part inspection or used to guide a robot or other motion control devise. At MESH we leverage our in-house vision lab and our machine design/build resources to integrate the complete system (not just the camera software) for your needs. This includes line scan or discrete part inspection using single or multiple cameras and the proper part presentation, work holding, or fixtures needed. Inspection Solutions for Measurement, Quality Control, and Marking/Tracking

Whether it is a laser, a scriber, or print style marker MESH has integrated it professionally. Once it is marked it probably needs to be tracked and MESH has the machine and software skills to do both.

We have the in-house staff, a fully equipped vision inspection lab and the resources to integrate the correct marking, tracking and or quality system into your existing process and equipment. We are also able to design and build brand new automated or semiautomated machines that incorporate marking, tracking and or quality system(s).
