Inspection system of metal surface precision

This system is based on AI deep learning that it has networks capable of learning unsupervised from data that is unstructured or unlabeled. The biggest improvement from the conventional is that the new version is constantly learning the completed “defects”.

This upgrade adopts the most advanced deep learning algorithm, which can easily meet the challenges of previous visual inspection of the metal surface. It is improved in terms of three aspects: a wider inspection range, high speed of detection and spatial flexibility.

The artificial intelligence metal appearance inspection system can effectively reduce the labor cost for the customer, as well as automatize the intelligent automatic production in the workshop.

  1. Wide detection range: all kinds of defects such as scratches, bruises, knife lines, burrs, smudges and pits on complex metal surfaces are inspected elements. And it not only inspects what human eyes are capable of doing, but also what they fail to inspect.
  2. High detection speed: it is able reach the detection speed of 10 pieces per second, greatly meeting the standard detection requirements.
  3. Spatial flexibility: the metal work piece may be made by different lathes or different sources. Besides, there may be some differences in the optical image. The system can be perfectly compatible with these differences, and at the same time, severe defects are detected and the misjudgment rate is very low. The system also has the bad product image to look back, the data record maintains and etc.
